RE: THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINE INSURERS ("LESLI")
The California Department of Insurance ("CDI") has issued
an updated LESLI with the changes as per attached Addendum
#98-11.
As explained in Bulletin #826, the
SLA will publish the LESLI in its entirety twice a year – on
June 30 and December 31 of each year. A copy of the LESLI dated July
2, 1998 is enclosed. It is our suggestion that you maintain a LESLI
binder, as we will regularly be providing addenda to the LESLI. A
complete up-to-date LESLI is always available by visiting our Web
site www.sla-cal.org, or faxing your request to the attention
of Jon Greany at the number listed above.Should you have any questions
