RE: THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINE INSURERS ("LESLI")

The California Department of Insurance ("CDI") has issued an update to the LESLI with changes as per Addendum 99-05. Please update your LESLI binder accordingly.

A complete up-to-date LESLI can be obtained by visiting our web site @ www.sla-cal.org or faxing your request to the attention of Jon Greany at the number listed above.
