RE: Eden Park Insurance Company
WITHDRAWAL from the LESLI

The California Department of Insurance ("Department") has requested the SLA advise its Members that, on April 1, 1999, Eden Park Insurance Company received a certificate of authority to act as an admitted carrier in California.  Therefore, the company is hereby removed from the List of Eligible Surplus Line Insurers ("LESLI") and is no longer eligible to write new or renewal business in California as of that date.
