RE: ANNUAL MEETING AND LUNCHEON

The SLA Annual Meetings will be held at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco on January 18, 2000 and at the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown in Los Angeles on January 20, 2000.

Please fill out the attached form with your choice of either the Northern or Southern Meeting.  We ask that you limit your attendees to three people from your firm.   Should any of your attendees subsequently find they are unable to attend, we ask that you notify Nadine Watso or Deanna Zanoni immediately.

Please pick up your name tag at the registration desk and remember to sign in prior to 10:00 a.m. for one hour of continuing education credit prior to the meeting.

Enclosed is the agenda for the meeting, as well as the slate for the 2000 Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary-Treasurer & Executive Committee.

Our speakers will be Dennis Ward, Chief, Enforcement Division of the Department of Insurance and Jim Woods, of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
